We understand how intimidating the auto industry can be for some
people. So our customer service manager Michelle Tacey is
there to take the stress out of your day by offering help with claims advice and
assistance. Then organizing for your car to be picked up, quoted, assessed
and repaired then returned to you, in prime condition, while you enjoy the
convenience of a courtesy car (by appointment). We can also organize for any
mechanical repairs to be done at the same time if needed.
We have a fully functional waiting room with all facilities, however we find
most of our clients prefer to sit by the fire in the lounge or outside under the
balcony of Bucatini restaurant (situated next door) and enjoy a free coffee
courtesy of T&H Panel service.
All cars that are repaired at T&H are cleaned and detailed as part of our
service with no charge involved.
